Mental Health

The concept of mental health is not just limited to the white walls, the injections, or the large heavy chains. It comes down to the way we do those extra exhausting squats, or the way we go on hunger strikes because we feel the world would never accept us the way we are. The way we cover those "marks" we call "scars" with extra heavy foundation because they're just our definitions of "ugly". The way we throw our facades all around, such that, even those closest to us don't even know who we really are, or what we really feel. It's not just about those  suicidal notes, but also about the sleepless nights, or the lonely tears. Mental health is about the whole tiny dots that make up the picture. The whole tiny dots we never care about.
